Are they all the same?
Put the bracket from my 383 on my new 440 and it is not even close to lining up. Looked in some aftermarket catalogs and they all list the same part #.

Mmmm. Could be, but I don't think so. Kickdown linkage pivot looks straight up and down.
"Finger" on bracket prevents it from being bent any futher down, and if I bend it up it will just make it worse.
Is there an "RB" bracket?

Will the bracket shown in the above post work on any year 440. I need one to put on a 440 going into a 74 challenger? Steve
