I'm curious if anybody is running this set up in their B body. I have a 67 Coronet without air. I have bought the dash frame with factory air cutout and the factory vents that go on the bottom at both sides and in the dash in the middle. I'd like to R & R my heater box with the Perfect Fit setup, and still utilize the factory original outlets. Anybody else done this? I have all factory duct and tubing to go to the vents also.

I did not do the dash part, but used the Classic Auto Air in my non AC 69 Coronet. Ice cold and sweet. The factory dash outlets should just make it even better. Do it.

i know it's not the same car but i used classic auto air to convert my 69 road runner. i did what your are trying to do. i just had to make boxes to adapt the classic hoses to the factory vents. when i talked to classic i think his name is dwight he said he hadn't converted one from factory air to theirs but it was a very easy clean way to do it. on my installation i had to use non-air controls.

Are the Classic Auto controls Vacuum or electric? Or does Classic give you an option? I'm just curious about this as well because I have an 88 Suburban control set up that I would like to plumb in for the controls. It is vacuum. I wanted to use it, because it is illuminated. On my 'Burban, I change to blue LED dash lights, and used a blue LED bulb in the ac/heater control assy., and it really came out looking sweet. I have another complete Suburban assy. I bought off ebay cheap, and would like to cut out my original dash controls and mount it behind my Coronet dash and make look like the factory put it there. Thanks for the help so far.

they offer both.
I chose electric since it was a non a/c car and I didn't want to mess with vacuum.
much cleaner install imo. Just add power and ground.

The box is different as well.
