What you don't want to do is to use a screw driver and pry it off, it can be done this way, but most likely you'll just end up with a cracked windshield like BumbA** me .
Sorry to send you this link from a Ford forums, but it tells ya how to use a chrome removal tool.

If not, any paint supply place (aoutomotive) should carry it. Just take your time, go slow and don't get frustrated. May be even go to a junk yard and practice on a few first. The trim bends up easier than you might think, and sometimes there is adhesive slobbered behind it that makes it difficult to locate the clips and seperate the trim from the adhesive. I ran into that on my Bronco trim. It was much more difficult because it was aluminum.

Harbor Freight has them too. Cheap set, works decent. $7.00 for the set.

Like said already, wouldn't be a bad idea to practice on a junkyard car if you've never done it before.

Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol
