I really dont like all the cutting of the inner fender wells on the pro parts. I had a set of maddogs and i loved them but i sold the car like an idiot so now iam back to square one. I found a set of ttis with 2in primaries for sale for a 440 in an a body but in order for them to work in need to run a cylinder head with a raised exhaust port. At least thats what ttis web site said. I plan on running elephant ears on this project. Is there any chance i could just modify the elephant ears to raise the engine up a little higher to compensate for the low deck? Has anyone tried this before? I would like to get some feedback before i spend a million bucks on the ttis! Also, maddogs in my opinion are the best in chassis header but i want to have the option to use the headers on a low deck and a rb just in case i want to go with a different setup down the road and i spoke with maddog and he said his lowdeck headers and rb headers are alot different. Thanks for all your help guys!
