I too thought they (the w tray itself) were the same but that they included some very thick washers in the kit to go under those 4 bolts to space them out further so it'd end up clearing the 360 stroke???. I'd rather ditch the washers (for the most main cap bolt thread engagement) and grab some hardware store spacers/longer bolts that screw into the bolt heads to space the tray out that way. But back to the orig Q.

They only list one and the spacers and washers do come into play. I got mine used and didn't have the spacers and was not told about the rod bolts in advance so had to improvise. The mounting pad holes are slotted to allow for the spacing of the mounting bolts. Mine is on a shelf in the garage but it is to dang cold out there to go look. I can't use one with my baffled pan.
Clean it, if it's Dirty. Oil it, if it Squeaks.
But: Don't fix it, if it Works!

I took a MP windage tray off the old 318 and bolted it straight onto my stock stroke 360, stock pan 360 with no issues (or spacers). Compare the MP tray to aftermarket tray, you'll see the holes in the aftermarket trays are bigger. Apparently the MP tray holds a little too much oil. I gently pried the openings bigger in the MP tray to make it easier for the oil to make it's way back to the pan.
