I am planning to put a Holley Pro-jection system. It is an early one, What I am wondering is does anybody have a suggestion on an intake to use? and later what cam to use? I need to bet an intake to do the initial mockup of the motor / trans into the frame.

I would run a LD340, rpm or air gap intake. For cam you probably want something with a 110* or numerically higher LSA to make it easier on the efi computer. I hear the older holley projection efi computers are not the best, but I don't know how much power you plan on making. I would just try and keep the cam somewhat mild because the more aggressive you get the tougher it will be on the efi computer.

if it's a 4Di, don't bother, you won't get it to run right. if it's a commander 950, that's actually a halfway decent ECU....

It is an older 2d system, it ran great on another vehicle (actually my motorhome). I am looking primarily for driveability, I am installing A/C and cruise. I plan to tow a trailer occasionally also.
