Im stripping the GTX to go for paint next week and I want to remove the vent window chrome housing. I see in the bottom of the door that the front window track slides over a rod. That seems loose. I also took the nut off the fork in the front and removed the bolt just above it. The question is.... Is there another small bolt through a bracket up high near the mirror. And how the hell do u get it out?

There's also 2 captive nuts on the door's front upper/outer jamb area, need to open the door, to see them, plus there's up to 3 access holes on the inner panel skin near the A pillar base to access some nuts, IIRC one will be an allen head bolt,...I assume you have removed the main side glass before attempting this?

Thanks. The allen screw was the problem.
