Going to try and write some things about our 1970 road runner sixpack car,That we found in a barn back in 1998, Things are getting done but my health is getting poorly each day. We try and work on the car a few hrs a week, The car is 1 of 429 made.88000 original miles,has been documented by (GTS) Galen V. Govier, Hemi four speed dana 60 rear with 410 gears, fy1 paint N96, will try to add some pictures if we can as the work gets done on the car.After the metal work, body and paint was done it came back to my shop.Then the K frame was dropped out and painted prov 15.All new suspension. Torsion bars was painted with the drips on them like the factory and tan marks ,also upper and lower control arms were powder coated.New brake lines,new master cylinder, new brake shoes, brake drums was turned,Wheel bearings and wheel cylinder and sping kit, rubber brakes lines,three way adjustable shocks.New headliner was put in and new ACC black carpet.New package tray and new rear speakers.Seats were covered by a friend with Legendary Auto interiors covers. bumpers were rechrome by tri city .Interior work should be done by this week .The dash was redone by me.also the heater box, New front speaker, Then we will work on the rear end with all new parts and paint. The 440 engine is in the engine shop also.Up front we will have 15x61/2" ralleys and the rear will be 15x8" with NOS centers and new trim rings.Front tires will be P225-70-15 and the rear ones will be P275-60-15,We will add more information and pictures soon. The side scoops and the rear seats and door panels are in today 1-20-2010 .Some NOS parts, front parking light lens with yellow led bulds,Side marker lens,NOS pig tails, NOS PLYMOUTH emblem on the rear,NOS fender Pentastar ,Our car has a wood grain steering wheel with a NOS horn button, NOS air filter,We had the air cleaner powder coated and a few other things also, we have two broadcast sheets and a invoice from the buyer back in 1969 11-15-69, All of the glass is tinted,Has a right side mirror also, We have all new 3" exhaust with a X pipe and flowmaster muffers 40,s. The engine is going to be bore .030 with speed pro pistons (sixpack) moley rings, clevite 77 bearings, Mopar 509 cam kit, 906 heads with 214 intake valves and 181 exhaust valves also with harden seats and 077 springs, got a Mopar Performance chain set, melling HV oil pump,carter 6903 fuel pump, Thanks Moparts, mosweethemi ,(Thanks to Scott Smith for putting the pictures on Moparts of our car) more new news on our car on page two, also going to try and get our car to Carlisle this year in building T or at the car dealer out front. this year is going to be for the 1970 cars like ours. more news to come soon!!on our car. More parts ready to take to get powder coated bellhousing and bellhousing shield,(Hemi Orange Hot coat)both pulley,sixpack throttle bracket,spring bracket, alternator bracket satin black,our sixpack intake is going to hemi orange,some more new parts we just got.new Fast Idle Solenoid, new electronic ingition package,new Denso Hi Torgue Starter,new Mopar performance Double Roller Timing Set and chrome shifter ring and chrome screws, from Brewer,s performance Inc. our ralley wheels are ready to take to the paint shop to get painted ralley wheel color,More news, going to try and take the car to Carlisle this year and put it in building T or at the car dealer out in front, this year is going to be for the 1970 year cars. got our center carb back also this week, had it redone with a new kit, also the end carbs will be back soon with new kits put them also,We picked up a new Mopar Perfomance fan kit also, Thanks for helping us on a few things on our car( SixPack Frank)From VA.We got our end carbs back this week and got some of our parts back from the powder coater this week and also got our new 3" 40 Series flowmaster mufflers .I Had a new 3" x pipe and hangers and tail pipes from TTI .Our rear end parts should be here this week . Will try and get more up dated pictures. also.We also got our new trunk decal,jack decal and air cleaner, engine decals .3-22-2010 more parts in from Brewer,s performance ,Dana rear end bearing kit with gasket,pr of green axle bearing ,new 410 Dana gear set from dana corp, not Brewer,s. red drum and ralley wheel paint from sixpack frank in VA. We have lot of new pictures of the work that has been done on the car ( but we can not post them ) pictures are to big, The inside is done! rear end is out and going to get all new parts and paint this week . we have all of the chrome back and look great!, The ralley wheel came home today from the paint shop also looking great!The engine shop is working on our engine and should be back next week. Trying to get the car done by May. 15 for a big car show.Thanks for looking and reading about our 1970 six pack Road Ruuner . Got our Dana rear back yesterday,May 16 with all new bearings and seals and a new 410 gear set. ever thing has been cleaned and painted , The rear end and new gas tank will be done this week. Did not get it done by the 15 now trying for May. 29 next car show. NEED HELP!!!!! WITH PUTTING PICTURES ON Moparts( more to come)Also our exhaust manifolds is at the power coaters this week , should have them back by Thursday , Hey me again got our exhaust manifolds back today and look like real cast iron , Gas tank and rear end should be done today Friday 21 we have lots of new pictures . Hello our rear end and gas tank brakes lines shocks is on the car . Brake drums painted red new tires also this week all most done . more pictures this week. Dave, your car looks awesome. I really like the red treatment behind the rallye rims. Did you do your wiper motor yourself or send it out? What size tires are you running? I'm going with the undercoating also, I like the look!!!!!

That sweet FY1 RR belongs to MOSWEETHEMI here in Virginia...I have been posting pics for him since he is unable....I own the 72 FY1 Survivor 4-speed Duster.....Donnie will be bringing up the RR to Carlisle in July for the All Mopar Nationals as will I......good luck on your project! Hello Engine is in the car and the new exhaust is on . Also new trim rings , Fireing up engine today ! test and tuneing , detailing until wednesday day before Carlisle . see you all there !!!! also getting the hood decal and birds put on Monday , Lots of detailing to do yet for Carlisle. Thanks Dmoore,sixpack Frank and others for helping us also Moparts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more pictures coming soon!! We made it to Carlisle !!! with lots of hard work. Did not get the car running until Wednesday night at 1/4 to 12:00 no time to check any thing on the car. put in trailer at 4:00 am on Thursday and Carlisle at 9:40 we got it in building T around 10:00. Did not get to stay with the car was trying to sell a few parts. Thanks again for our Help!(Scott Smith Harms)!! (Shenandoah Valley Mopar Club members)(EDB)!!
