I am trying to fit the glass in my race car and was not going to use the regulators. Can anyone tell me how the Coupe cars had the glass secured in the track?

The regulator is gone but they retain the guide & replace the middle slider with a couple cupped washers...

It has been awhile since I looked at mine so I assume it clamps to the guide track somewhere?
