Hey All, I am looking at building a 360 for a Truck. I have found a 360 Block fairly local with freshly Bored Cylinders and new cam bearings for a good price..

Only thing that scares me is its .60 over. Ive only dealt with .30-.40 over on a 360 before. Will this create longevity problems in the long run? It will be in a mud truck so it will be flogged pretty regularly.. Thanks

Dont let it scare you. Ive owned MANY .060 over 360s and beat the living crap out of them.

For a mild build it should be fine. I'd have it checked out by a good machine shop before paying more than a few dollars. 360 blocks are easy to find.
