Same car as in sig pic. I am not in the photo. I've owned the car since 1981. Started out as daily driver and has slowly became a full time race car. Won 2 races with it in 2007. Unfortunately I have not raced since. Hopefully this year! I have worked for auto supplier the last 10 years.

Here is me, in orange hat, at cedar falls raceway in Iowa. Bought this car in 2000 in detroit. It was painted yellow with an ugly black stripe down the side like on a AAR Cuda. I will look for some pics. I sold my 69 340 4 speed swinger I had in high school in 1996. I regreted it ever since. Had to have another one, but always wanted a GTS, my dad had a 68 GTS convert, those are a little hard to find for what I paid for this one.

It's a 72 big block. Runs high tens with a 1.46 60 ft.

here's me after a win in 09,(the old guy) luck prevailed and i went on to claim the footbrake & track championship. car history: bought it in 96 and put a 318 in it to have some fun (i had muscle cars in my youth but didn't track race them), it went a best of 8.30s in the 1/8th, moved up to a 340 in 98 and have went as fast as 10.90/6.90 with standard stroke. nostalgic champ in 02, runnerup in 03, top 10 most yrs. the car's been very good to me as i'm just your average racer, lol. my history: worked at the timken co in fabrication for 30 yrs, been retired for 6. actively racing since 96 plus restifing a couple of cars (mopars) and helping friends with fab work. thanks moparts and members for the help and guidence you've given me to do this! dave

I am married to a wonderful "CAR GIRL". I am 51 she is 41. Together we have 5 kids from 23 down to twin 13 year olds. She is the membership director at an all women gym and I am a self employed diesel tech (powerjokes and cummins). The wife and I at the '07 Mopar Nats.
