Time for a set of front drag tires; 15x3 wheels, 3000-lb Duster, under 135MPH. I've run the Moroso 7.10 forever, never a problem, but is there a less expensive alternative? Seems like everyone's front drag tires are around $300+/pair. Any street tires that are light, same size, good to 135, and cheaper, or do I just need to suck it up and stretch the credit card a bit further? FWIW I'm planning to run 'em tubeless on magnesium Flys.

The BIG word you said was LIGHT and I dont think there is a light street tire that fills your need... if you want the street tire then it will weigh more but most likely you can get it cheaper..... JMO

I think the 7.10 Moroso's are your best bet.We have run a 215/75D/15 tire when we first ran the car(71 Demon)and it's VERY close to the Moroso 7.10 size.
Nautilus Racing- We use Superformance gaskets and Turbo Action converters/products.
