does anyone remember who makes, or used to make, a water pump for sbc[ ] that was cast with a body that was 3-4" "taller" than stock that re-positioned the fan in a higher position ? i just want to see how they did the casting. i have something in mind along those ideas i mite want to try. thanks in advance !

that's the one ron ! thanx! i'm in the process of fabbing one to disguise a sbe. i have 4 street l's [square block ,used as hydraulic fittings]. i "think" i can use the block fittings plus 1" 1/8 wall tube to "raise" a shortypump to use in a model A roadster pu. project for my cousin charlie. coments anyone ? ron, i couldn't find a price on snowwhite's site. any idea ? and, yes, i'm gonna take pics of this deal, cause i rteally thimk it will be neat........

wow weird piece wonder if that would fit the hot heads chevy water pump adapter on my early hemi to raise it up,,,it says it requires a 6 cylinder water pump,,

the zips one rodstrace links to uses the 6cyl pump, but i noticed the snowhite one ron mentioned uses an opal pump that you drill out the mounting holes from 7mm to 11/32". that's according to their instruction sheet[s]. the one thing i don't like about either riser, is the way they both mount the alternator and ac pump [if used] up high. i like to mount all the stuff as lo as possible so you don't notice it as much. i have a couple of ideas floating around in my [tiny little] brain and i need to gather up some material to test my theory. i'm thinking those risers "might" fit hot heads adapters, but i wouldn't be suprised if the adapter and/or the riser would need some slight mods to go together correctly.
