Depending on the flow# I would guess it to put out around 800-830hp. Just a guestimate based on your info compared to what mine 'should' put out. With a lightweight Dart it could get you into low 9's / high 8's eventually?

Whaha didn't even think of it that way...now you say it, yes you got it from Roel running low to mid 9's. You got yourself a good, low maintanance motor! My buddy called roel for it at the day you came to pick it up so you were right on time. Good luck with the combo and hope to see it run at our strip someday!

Your Dart would be a nice add to the already nice moparfield at our strip including cars like;
* new build superbird
* new build nostalgia funny
* rebuild challenger
* rebuild dart
* chargers, roadrunners, superbee, cudas etc.
* many more I forgot

Then bring along your 'neighbour' with a blown challenger. Or at least a couple of years back some guy was building one from who I bought a 727 back in the days.

Well you've got Hockenheim in Germany (had luckau too but that's closed this year) and Snata Pod in the UK both of which could be found easliy if you dn't have them already. At our place it's in the northern part of Holland, town called Drachten, for which you can find info on www.explosion.nl but if there's any extra info you would like just shoot me an pm or email. Would be neat if you guys could make it.

As for the Challenger I can't remember the guys name but he had a n/a hemi first but even before that one was fired up he decided to get some more motor by getting, I believe, a 10/71 blown hemi.

My 527 motor, 4.375 x 4.375 with M.W. port SR with a single 1050 on a 440-2 intake with a tapered the adapter and 12.8 to 1 comp. ratio made 875 HP on a Studka and only 775 on a DTS dyno later that year with no other changes I beleive the rsults from the DTS more than the ones from the Studka

I have a set of 440-1 as well as the SR, both are M.W. intake port size. I have not had the 440-1 flowed yet but they look like they will flow a bunch more thn the SR do, my SR flowed 340 CFM at .600 and .700 valve opening at 28 inches on a Super Flow 600 bench. I had a set of B1-BS heads that I had Jeff at Modern Cylinder heads CNC port to M.W. size and they flowed 350 at .600 and 355 at .700 on the same bench at 28 inches. The 440-1 are suppose to be a lot better than that, I think around 410 if there ported well, maybe not. Hope fully some one who really knows will chime in on the 440-1 heads and what they really flow
