I just received my new 440 six pack air cleaner assembly that I odered from jegs.com.

The orange air cleaner lid has heavy orange peal with some black specs. of dirt in the paint.

Secondly, the black base has a very noticeable paint run, with at least 50 easily noticeable imperfections in the metal underneath the paint.

What should I do, send it back and request another kit or do they all look this way?

tell them you want another,and tell them to put a ship return slip in the new box,you will ship back the old one should be no problem,summit sent me 4 of the wrong wheels at over 1000.00,i called them i had the right ones the next morning with slips to return the others.if there customer service is good

Yeah just tell them to send the UPS guy back to your house. They usually will send one out w/ no problems. My 6 pack lid was fine the base had a ig scracth in it. No biggie , I sanded it and touched it up. Turned out nice.
