i would like to put BFG P275 60R15 drag radials on my '65 Belvedere with stock 7" or 8" wheels. has anybody run this combo? does it fit without modifying or changing anything? do you have any pictures? are the only 8" stock wheels found on ramchargers?

thanks

I'm not running drag radials, but the 275/60/15 street tires I'm running with an 8" wide wheel with a 4.5" backspace gives me lots of room. An 8" wide wheel with a 4" backspace would still clear nicely. No way would I want to run an 8.5" wide wheel with a 3.75" backspace. An 8.5" wide wheel with a 4.5" backspace should clear ok.
