Does Anyone know where i could locate the horn relay in a Slant Six 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger? Haynes mannual says its around the glove box but doesn't state what year (book is for 67'-74"). Autommotive teacher at school couldn't find anything helpful in his manuals other than the fact that there was no relay for 69' darts. Getting 3 Volts at steering column, 0 Volts at horn, horns still operates confirmed by a small jumper wire.

This is driving me nuts! any help would be appreciated.

I thought it was behind the Drivers side kick panel, but I could be wrong...

Should be behind the driver side kick panel as stated before, did your horn work recently? or did it never work? might not be working because the relay IS missing.
