Tech Instructor OP enthusiast T Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 311 New England	Does anyone know what trunk latch,hood latch,and hood release components would have for original plating? Also pop up spring.

And I think the spring should be gold cad as well, but I always see them resto'd with a clear zinc or natural look. The hood latch release appeared to be natural with no plating, but not sure due to age of part. - - - - - - - 65 Coronet

QuickSilver mopar addict Q Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 840 Southeastern MI.	My 65 cars have gold cad for the hood latch and the safety catch. Hood springs are natural. The trunk latches are silver cad. JC.
