I remember that article, pretty sure it was printed later than the 3 part porting articles. I think you are correct about the 2.25 valve. Think he made 666 hp with a tunnel ram. I've never seen it online.You might try PMing Dulcich and see if he can help you.

I have about 10-11 yrs of mopar muscle mags i may have the one you need,I will look for it I know I started around 98-99 with the mag and have every one to date

I checked on it,seems I have a oct,nov 98 issues and started in april 99 sorry,I tried but i have them from april 99 to date if you need any other write ups

Actually it's a 3 part article (part 3 was covered in March 99 issue) also seen in the links provided above by NachoRT74.
I only compared part 3 to the 3rd link and it appears to be the same article as "Going with the flow" (although that title did not appear). I did not read it in it's entirety but scanned it enough to be sure the pics and text match up.
