Has anyone installed any? if so what brand and how well were they made?

I have a couple installed. No idea what brand they were bought at a CA swap meet almost 15 yrs ago. I think their fit is good altho not perfect, but boy are they light. They're currently mounted with the stock hinges so probably one day I'll change them.

I have seen a few through the years, but am unsure of the manufacturer.
On a side note, I am looking for one piece fiberglass front end for a '69 Barracuda

VFN shows them as well but was just curious about others experience.

69 front end -

That picture is from glasstek and their features look and not as detailed as the VFN 68 clip.

I ordered the VFN doors and 68 front clip last month .
I will just have to make that little rise in the front to match the hood. I'll take that small bit of work over the sharper detail. I will post the pictures when I get the parts early January

Here is the VFN front

Blofish was asking about a 69 front end not a 68. The grill shape is different between the two not just the hump....correct? That would take a lot of work to reshape the grill opening in the 67-68 front.

That's what I was thinking too. But I do like the attention to detail on the '67-'68 piece

I am happy with the quality of my Glasstek front end. It is a 69 front, so I orderd the 69 hood to match...

My car is actually a 67, but at 144 mph, Who can tell

Happy New Year fellow A body Cuda dudes.

If I did not have glass fenders and hood on my 67 I would be buying the one piece pictured above. It looks great. Even though they make the valance and center grill piece in glass now I can not see much weight saving by changing them over and just left the original pieces mounted to the glass fenders.

However the doors would save a lot of weight and I could then use the original doors off the race car for my big block 67 when the time comes.

Thanks but I already have both front and rear glass bumpers. Doors and deck lid are the only two major pieces left. I am considering the doors but I think I will leave the deck lid steel for the time being.

Good to hear as I think we are ordering our glass doors from them for the Cuda....

What was the weight difference for your doors?

Hey Arnie, can we get a little bit larger pic of your front end? I would love to see it.

I seen it in person and there is no way that I would put that on my car .( no offence, but I wouldn't )

If the VfN clip shows up, and looks like crap also. I will tell ya.

Stay tuned .

I just picked up doors, fenders and a hood for my '66 satellite from VFN. Looks very nice, will know by the weekend how they fit.
