68-70 TYPICALLY is the H
71-72 is TYPICALLY is the dogbone
RSC, I can honestly say I've never seen.
Then again , I have serious doubts I've seen them all .

studs and nuts TYPICALLY is 67 and down ( hemi excluded) ALTHOUGH I am almost positive both of my 69 GTX's were studs and nuts, but the cars are long gone .

Bill Alphin at A&M Hi-Tech obviously has them. They are only $3.00 each. Studs were on the Hemi AFB's. 69 AVS's had the H bolts

Not on a 4 bbl that I'm aware of.
2 bbl is a possibility

318 2bbl motors of that era used 2 bolt - 2 studs & the 383 - 2bbl use 4 studs.
