Hi guys, what is the best way to repair broken studs on a '70 'Cuda front elastomeric bumper? I have a super nice bumper, but sadly, all four studs snapped years ago...

Cut the elastomer off of the front where the bolts go. weld on some new studs then repair the front.

I seem to remember an article in Mopar Muscle years ago. It might have also been in the tech book/magazine they published. It involved cutting into the bumper on the front side to access the bolt heads I think.
