Hi Folks:
Tired of not being able to control timing.
I know that I could go with a crank trigger,
but I'd rather put my distributer on Ebags.
Does anyone make a distributorless for the Mopar BB?
Thanks
Tom

I'll get the name, but a guy in Cali who races the Baja 1000, makes them for our engines. He wants my Hemi to make it for that.. Not crazy about shipping the motor to him, though.. I'll get back.. Same coil on plug as the new Hemi's..

If you end up going that route, I have a lower pulley/trigger wheel for that system. PM me if you need it, or if you have questions about the system.

I just got back from MATS.
We can go with or without a distributor.
We need to talk.

Some very cool stuff on both sites but I'm looking for a pic of a distributorless setup on a big block wedge motor.

I'm running BS3 engine management and ls1 coil paks. Works fine. Don't know what kind of pics your after. Crank sensor is from BS3 also. kind of spendy if you just want to get rid of distributor but I'm also controlling the complete engine with it. Pete

What I was looking for was some pics of the coil placement in the engine bay along with wire routing to get an idea of how to set it up.

Nice car!

You can't see my coil paks they're mounted down on the frame rails close to the plugs. Longest wire is probably 12". Wires from the ecm are in the frame rails and dump right out at the coil paks. ECM is mounted under the passenger seat. Pete

Thanks Tilt, so hows the tuning coming is it ready for the streets or have you had time to work on it?
I watch the turbo forums constantly waiting to see updates. Pete

We've also got a customer, Mick's Performance in Missouri, using LS 1 coil packs on a nearly 3000 hp Brad Anderson Hemi. He is now testing our coil packs for his and his customers applications, including a pulling tractor with 5 of the same engine as above.
