Or this one made by Playback Auto & sold by Resto Rick..

http://www.restorick.com/proddetail.asp?prod=AutoPistolGrip

The cool thing about this one is it has the grip angled like a four speed shifter unlike the one sold by Gunslinger which is straight in line with the shifter...

The down side (IMHO) is that you have to push the shifter down to release the gate. W/ a gunslinger there is a trigger for that.

All up to personal preference at this point.

Yeah if they made one with the trigger and it was angled I would be all over that. I don't like the straight up design and I don't like the playback system where you have to push down on the entire shifter. Until they come out with one that has both, I'll stick with my stock T handle.

Until they come out with one that has both, I'll stick with breaking & replacing my stock T handle every couple years.

Fixed it for ya!!

LOL, I still never figured out how anyone could be dumb enough to break the stock t-handle. The mechanisim moves pretty smoothly and can be pushed forward with one finger...

I never actually drove one with the t handle, all my stuff has always been 70 vintage & had the round wood grained ball... But every 71-73 that I parted out (Allot) always had a broken T handle...

I suspect the bigshot race driver is slamming the shifter like it's a four speed....

Lol, I know, just poking fun. I've been inside a lot of 73-74's in the yards and they've almost always had broken handles. I just don't understand it, the mechanisim moves so easy. Guys guys must really get excited!

I have his shifter handle and love it! I like how it's angled forward! He make 2 different models one for 70 models and another for 71-74 Steve is a great guy to deal with too!
