Well the last few months have been a trip, got promoted to Technical Sergeant(E-6), got my college degree and working on my next one, coached my kids football team to the playoffs, and even ran and finished a marathon as well as a few half marathons and 5Ks, has been a great year. We also got started on the '66 I ordered the SFI 25.4 drawing, a bender, notcher, and got to work. Have really been making progress lately, hope to roll it out of the shop in a few weeks. We will be putting the engine from my '65 in it, should run pretty good. I have learned a lot and really enjoy doing this kind of work. I'm going tube by tube following the SFI specs and I'm really happy so far. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. My dad and I have been putting in some long hrs and it has been a blast. I've been dreaming of building this car for a long time and it's finally coming true and doing it the way I want to. enjoy...
Taking over the World one win light at a time.

You might want to consider rasing the seat. Looks like your driver might not be able to see over the fire wall
Congrats on the promotion and the degree.
It's looking great. I hope you keep us update on it's progress

How is the lower a-arm going to move up/down without snapping that front heim?
Chris..
I agree, I know the struts only have about a 3 inch stroke or less, but we mounted ours with the tabs up and down to allow movement.
I agree with moving the engine back, I would start out with the front of the engine even with the struts.
Looking good, there is a whole lot of bars to put in one, nothing like making the pile of bars smaller.
