My 06 Ram has about 130K on the odometer. I have every intention of driving it for a lot longer.

I've always done fluid/filter/plug changes as needed. Now that the miles are creeping up, are there any 'known' issues that come up?

Water pump, alt, etc?

Thanks for any info.

I guess no news is good news? I'm around 120k and plan to keep mine. I replaced a tired thermostat so far but that's it.

you might look over the TSB's for Rams here:

http://dodgeram.info/tsb/index.html

especially for your model year,
but it is worth a quick glance
for all model years above 2002

if you have a 1500
keep a close eye on the 9.25 differential
especially the big nut becoming un-torqued
which leads to both the seal failing,
and the pinion bearing ruined

Good Luck
