Hi All,

Sorry again for the newbie question here.. but today (after storing my car for about 2 months) I took out my 4-speed B-Body and noticed the clutch pedal was now squeaking. It sounds like it was coming from inside the car (pedal assembly) each time I pressed it down.

So, I was wondering, where are the correct spots to grease or oil this thing and what type of grease/oil do you guys recommend?

As always, Thanks very much for your advice and tips!

Mine has done this before, easiest solution, hose the pivot and the end of the rod down with some WD-40.

or

pull the pin and replace the plastic bushing that may be worn thru on the shaft.

if not worn thru, lube them with some white grease while you have it out and reinstall it. it will be quit another 20 yrs

watch that over center spring and have fun putting it back on
