I talked with Jason Line the day after the event,
I was standing in line with him at In-N-Out burger. 
He told me that Ricky took Larry's motor and got someone else to rebuild it.
Ricky was looking for more HP.
Well the other guy screwed it all up.
Larry let Ricky *** BORROW *** a motor to get in the show.
When they found out they would be racing each other,
Larry told him to either pay him for the motor or take it out of the car.
So Ricky gave him his motor back and the rest is history.
Now i totally agree with Larry. Ricky would not have
even got in the field if Larry was not nice enough to
let him borrow one of his motors.

It is interesting how each motor differs parts wise. The rods and the intakes being the most note worthy for me.

Mopar had part numbers for the BB and Hemi but I haven't heard of anyone actually getting one.
