Ah crappers man, I am so sorry to hear that. I know how it is with a small family. But that's what friends are for.

Best of luck in these trying times. Carpe Diem!

My condolences as well. I have lost both my parents in the last two years so I know how it feels. I had a grandmother who lived till she was 97 but the last 15 years she suffered from dementia and did not know who or where she was.

I wasn't going to go crazy with it at first, just a nice clean retro deal. Then the body/paint grew into a monster. I already have a warmed up 360 sitting in the garage, so that was a given. The trans is freshened up too.
However, the whole thing has slightly morphed into more of a show/fairgrounds/cruise night deal, so I have considered a BB. I have an extra A-100 trans so I'd need to get a BB 727 and have the parts assembled. I assume the engine mounts would be very close, maybe a bit of fab work. The big question then is cooling. I'd like to know what you did on yours. Let me know more about what you di and what you'd do different. I do have an extra 400 engine in the garage now too.

Heck i just used the stock radiator that came with the 318 and never had any issues but then i left the engine housing off all the time. So maybe that helped??

Oh and yes it was LOUD!!!

Here's the story of Mark Marx's A-100 van. He is the guy who painted my road runner too.

Just catching up after returning from vacation, my condolences about your dad.

I've been offered a Travelco parts van for $100, not really interested, are you? If not next contender would be Nick's Garage...

"Hey mister, something's wrong with your car, it idles roughly" - number one comment I got in Israel when daily driving a 70 Barracuda with a lopey cam.

Currently working on - 1966 Dodge A100 van 318/auto
Finally - disc brakes on the front.
In the plans - rear disc brakes, B&M 250 blower

Thanks, Ran.

I doubt Nick has the room. If you knew how many he has and how he has them all stashed (I don't know if HE knows all!)....

I am pushing the limits here (it would make 8!).
It would cost more in fuel than purchase. Can you PM pics?

and the newest, lowered in front, 17 Dodge alloys and new tires, spaced out front and back. Still need to drop the rear.

Still working through stuff on the A-100, got some parts for the others at Fall Fling.
I have the patches for the front and side pretty much ready, just need to do the rear one.
Also, so I don't forget, I need to do the LF back shock bracket and cut the hole for the shifter.
I hope to do the first round of blasting soon, mainly bolt-on parts and stuff. These I can hand off to MoparGnome and get them into primer and start the bodywork process.
The vans at FF were good inspiration. I'm doing a big job on the 100 and running the 108 as-is.

When I was there a very nice A-100 (Yellow), a ratty/cool A-108 (White with a clown freehanded on both sides) and an early B (Blue).
I haven't put my pics on the computer yet. They are shown in the FF thread.

I thought that it was more of a tiki than a clown.
