Is a 70 Challenger front suspension compatable with a 66 Coronet? K-frame, LCA, etc..

Which direction are you swapping? The 70 Challenger is a better setup than the 66 Coronet. There is an angle of the steering column change on the E-body, but it is very slight, the coupler can make up the difference, and people have done the swap with no issue.

For non wear items...The sway bar tabbed lower control arms, I think the centerlink will not swap individually back and forth. You might be able to fit a 66 sway bar setup on a 70 E-body k-member with some measuring and drilling.

The 66 has a stud mounted idler that flexes and it hard and more expensive to find replacements. The sway bar setup set in front of the k-member and exposed to curb rash and is not mounted as stout as the 70 thru K-member style. For original sway bar 66's the lower control arms have sway bar tabs on the end of the LCA that swap with 66-69 B-bodies.

My challenger is a long term rotesserie project in the shop and the Coronet is a driver. I was hoping to be able to prep the E-body parts for a quick suspension rebuild for the B-body.

More questions on spindles. Are the spindles the same? I have a disk brake conversion for the B-body (Drum to disk) and the E-body is disk brake now. Will they interchange?
Thanks

Depends where the disk came from that are on your B-body.

The 70-72 B and E body disks and spindles interchange. The only difference from them and a 73-76 A and E body spindle is the larger diameter of the inside bearing. www.docterdiff.com sell bearing spacers to run the cheaper more common 73-76 A and E body disk (also 73 up B/F/M/J body)
