NOT TOO SHABBY. 11 CARS IN SS/AH MADE THE 128 FIELD. THEY DON,T NEED TO RUN SS ELIM. THEY HAVE TO SAVE THOSE BULLETS FOR COLUMBUS & THE DUTCH LATER ON THIS YEAR.

I'll ask again, what happened to Marvel's purple car? And a new question, where's Bucky, thought I saw his car on the entry list?

Darrell is focusing on his business for the time being. I would bet that he will be back with a vengeance in the near future!

Shootout was AWESOME, but not the same without Bucky, Darrell, and the Warfishes. Congrats to Jim Daniels and all the competitors!!

Almost back in La. That was fun. The Barton crew really worked to help ALL their customers and even me. Ray looked at some Racepac stuff with me and gave info to pass on to Reher. They would shake and measure my car and then go adjust Booker. We all went a little faster each time. True sportsmanship. See 'yall in Columbus.

PS How 'bout it Dyno??? I got a filet says my Saints beat your Viks this Thursday!!! No points!!
Look for us ringside Sect 116 under Delta Airline sign.

WHO DAT?

I will say it was a great time at Indy. It is always fun and inspiring to race with the fastest hemi cars around. I ran well for what I have and improved from last year, but I am still a mile off from everyone else.

I will take up the bet on the Viking/Saints on Thursday, but I already owe you for two great meals at Indy. Dyno (Gold Coast Hemi)

I tried to listen to the game on my way to Tri State for the LODRS race. Not many stations carry Viking games in Iowa. Not a very good game for the northern squad. Maybe if you come to Topeka I can pay off early, or I will see you at Indy next year. Thanks again, Dan

Any truth to the rumor that NHRA is considering fabricated tube k-members and titanium valves for SS/AH? Is that what this boycott stuff is about?

Of course I would be last to know, but have not heard a peep about a "driveout" except NFL next year. I plan on going to any race they have for the class. Stop by for a COOL one. SLH

For the amount that the K-frames are cut up now to make room for the oil pan and what not they might as well let them be tubular.

they are almost pro stock technology. Im a diehard mopar guy, low ets, big mph, i dont care if they go 10.0s if they dont wheelstand they will lose their big fan base. i know they are for bragging rights and first one there wins but people,(ford, chevy, etc.) like the big wheel stand. do away with those you lose out. look how much press and pics of the a stick finals at indy ford vs mopar but big wheel stand. nobody even talked about how fast they went.

Titanium valves are bad but it's been ok to use Aluminum driveshafts for some time now?

I'll bite....

I'd rather see em' pop a 3 inch wheelstand and run a "7", than a 3 foot wheelstand and run a 8.80. But thats just me.
