I guess its not a gain for the guys that were using them already. It sounds like NHRA just doesn't want to take the time to check.

i put a 4 speed in mine to run ss/a, not ss/aa. nhra messed up my sandbox. lol. however the shootouts are super.you folks have proven that the pro trans is quicker.are any of your bunch going to the cajan's?

The plan is to have a few cars at the Cajun's. Nothing is written in stone yet.

How did anyone prove the pro trans is quicker? If anyone would know it would be Westcott. And considering he built his new car into a 4-speed I'm assuming that's the way to go. Especially being 40 lbs lighter and clutchless.

Only time will tell. I'm excited to see how they run. It will be very interesting.

the stick cars are a pleasure to drive. you actually get to do something(fun). charlie was a puzzle, since sr's car is a stick. one of each would seem to make more sense for testing. i agree with you, it will be interesting. really hope to see you at bell rose.

I talked with Phil Painter today about his show at Vegas. $7500 to win with a 500 dollar entry fee and a 16 car field. I am kind of curious as to who is heading to Vegas after Belle Rose?
What kind of car count will No Problem get as well as the car count in Vegas? From what Phil told me, it sounds like a lot of the West Coast racers will be in Vegas , and there seems to be interest from several on the East Coast as well...How about it Dart dude? Any plans for the Barton Camp in Vegas?
Last I heard from Hebert he was in for both. I know it is an extremely expensive trip out to Vegas but I hope to see a huge field out west........
