GO BUCKS !!!!!!!
Finally got the car out yesterday. Kilcare had a TNT yesterday.

I could have made about 20 passes if I wanted there were about 10 race cars and 25-30 street cars there. They sprayed before they opened and that was it for the day on track prep.

I have a new QF QFX-4710- E85 Dominator on the car for the first time as well. I ran it right out of the box I think it was close.
Specs on carb
94 square jetting
47 squirters
idle bleeds -39
intermediate-63
High Speed-28
.150 needle and seat

one thing Im not quite sure is if I really have E85 or not. I just bought this past week it could be winter grade kid at station did not Know?

i jetted carb up to 96 square and it slowed up 1.5MPH.

But the biggest thing i was after was the new 4 link. I really was hoping for some good 60-fts
my car has never 60ft well. best was 9.63 with a 1.41 60ft

So anyway the 60's showed some real promise
The worst 60 spinnin was 1.36 most were 1.34 range and on the pass where the front end was up the highest it went a 1.300 60ft.

So for the first time out with a marginal track i really happy and im sure when i get it dialed in more it will go High 1.2?'s

forgive the primer on the 1/4's I really need the clearance. No more tire rubbing

thanks Bob

Did you move the jetting around any more? How did it MPH on the E85 compaired to the old racegas? Weather conditions?

This is your W9RP motor right?

I did not touch the carb until right before my last pass and I jetted up from the 94SQ to 96SQ

I really just was messing with the shocks and did not mess with the carb at all.

It went a 138.8 for a best and then slowed to 137.0 with the carb jetted up.

i really wish I would have went 92SQ I think it would have picked up. I going to buy a guage to check my fuel I think I really might have the E70 witner grade?????

yes same motor changed nothing but carb

On every launch except the last one your tires slipped, dropping the front end hard back to the ground. You can hear it. On the last one it didn't slip, dead hooked and carried the tires. My car does the same, but without the tires as high in the air. I haven't figured out how to get rid of it yet. What suspension?

Edit: I just read your post... I run cal-tracs, so nothing I know will carry over. You're about 1 second faster than I am.

Glad to, see that you got out Rick, to bad Pacemaker's was closed for the season or I would of been there to help and watch, car look's good but you can tell it would hook and then release, you can see it and hear it, keep working at it and then we can have wheelie contest's.

Looks like you guys are going in the right direction. I would think that the converter needs to be a little looser. I don't know where your at but I would think with the new 4-link the car would handle a 6200-6500 stall well.

Great to see you got out! Can't wait to see what it will do when you get it dialed in. Now let's get that thing painted and go racing.

Thanks Guys

I know I need to stiffen the rebound on the fronts some more. Its bouncing a little bit. I could not leave on the T brake at anymore than 3200RPM I tried 3500 twice and it would spin.

Bill come spring i will be at Pacemakers looking for some help

Im just glad to get it out once other wise it would have been a long winter waiting and wondering.

I've watched that launch several times now. If you could get it to hook with a t-brake launch over 4000 you'd need your wheelie bars. Keep workin on the hook and jet the carb down and you'll go 9.50's easy.

By the way great job on the close up videos Tammy! I should have been texting you for updates, Rick was too worried about tuning to text me.
