This was in my 69 Charger when I bought it. I am converting to power steering. I have somebody that may be interested in it but he needs to know for sure that it is actually for a 69 B Body. How do I identify it? Is there a specific feature to look for? A part# on it somewhere? I added a couple pics. Thanks in advance for any info.

Looks like a 68-69 b-body floor shift column. Except the very end of the shaft looks like someone cut and spliced a section of another shaft right above the coupler.

Yes you are right it has been spliced. I guess I never noticed it before. So here's another question then. What is invovlved with repairing it correctly so it doesn't look cobbled. I am guessing you would need the lower shaft from another column? Would it have to be another floor shift column? What column/lower shaft would be required to make this look right appearance wise and function correctly.

You can swap the shaft from another 68-69 b-body column, it doesn't matter if it's floor shift or column shift or even three on the tree. Please note that power steering shafts are shorter than manual steering shafts, so whichever you swap into that column will only work on power or manual cars.
