I have never seen a 4.5 stroke with aluminum rods in a stock block, but as mentioned above, it sounds like it can be done.
Thanks for the info. The 4.375 crank was the one that I was woundering if it would fit. I didn't think 4.500 would work at all. I was also worried about the rods hitting the cam.

I had a set of BME aluminum rods made with 2.100 journals, 7.050 long for an offset ground stock crank. I would bet you could easily go 4.5+ stroke with those, being so small. I wouldn't try it on anything but the absolute best crank material though!
