What brand did you use?

Where did you get it from?

What was the price?

Did it work well?

How was the installation?

Thanks.

Could not find the Fat Man stuff on Ebay.

Do you have an item number maybe?

Or a link?

Why two layers?

Thanks

i used B-quiet www.b-quiet.com more for the fact that they were closer to me for shipping. nice product. stay away from dynamat. your paying for alot of hype.

happy with the product. nice improvement. i used the stick on mat plus a product call Vcomp which is rubber/closed cell foam mat. i havent done the roof yet. that will be a winter job.

I've used Second Skin and from my experience it has done a great job. It's priced a lot lower than Dynamat also.

I used Damplifier Pro from second skin audio.

Very easy to use.

Easily installs with
just sissors or a razor knife to cut/shape.

Works very, very well...
I was pleasantly surprised at
how solid and how quiet it made the car...
I would recommend it highly.
I would definitely use it again..

Another vote for B-Quiet. Can't remember if I used Extreme or Ultimate, but it was less expensive by half of equivalent coverage of Dynamat. Used scissors to cut it, as that seemed easiest. Make sure it's a pair of scissors you don't need when you're done (what a mess). After the backing is removed, be prepared not to place it anywhere you don't want it to stick, 'cuz once it's on, it's staying on.

What do you need to do to prep the area?

yep no prep needed. About like using contact cement on both sides of a piece just make sure your aim is good.

I wiped my surface down with lacquer thinner.. Lots of dust, overspray, and dirt came off...
