Well nothing, as long as you plan on spending the an extra $774 for the INDY valve covers. The factoy ones do not have a breather!

I don't think the Indy covers come with the breather.....think that's an add-on option(more $$ I bet).

Put down the TV guide, pick up a Jegs catalogue, order a breather kit, and pop a hole or two in the stock valve covers!!!! Pretty sure the cast alum ones won't come with any holes in them either. None of mine ever did. Pretty sure I can save you about $700 that way. Many different choices and sizes listed, and you can even use the stock pcv valve if you want to.
