What are my options for bolt in V8 radiators WITHOUT having to cut and weld (at least the weld part) this or that? I'm assuming pretty limited but crossing my fingers anyways.

Mine has a hole in it and I figured if the price is right an aluminum radiator would look pretty cool. Otherwise I'll just order another stock unit.

I ordered the heaviest stock radiator that I could from Carquest. I think it was for a 340 w/ air. It keeps my 340 nice and cool. I run a pusher electric fan and no other fan. My fan clutch went bad and I had the electric with all the wiring and relay so I used it. I do not have a lot of stop and go traffic here so it works well for me.

Those all look like B body radiators, what are you putting it in?

Well we must have different radiator supports. My stock radiator has a 22" core and theres no way a 26" will fit without modifying it.

I have a 26" unit from a big Fury in my 71 Demon and all I did was align it and drill new mounting holes, never cut the core opening and it cools my big block engines just fine.
