I have 1970 dart swinger that i'm making a clone. Does anybody have a way to layout the hood for the twin hood scoops for the holes and the size of the holes.

Take a look at the underside of your hood. Many were set up from the factory for the scoops and have the holes punched in the inner hood structure.

70/71 Dart hoods have the mounting holes already cut in the under hood bracing. Best to line them up that way. For the fresh air holes, there is a notch cut into each under hood brace where each hole goes. The holes are 4 1/8" in diameter.
