Can I just get some feedback from users of these two products. I am looking at purchasing the OE rear quarters for my challenger and not sure which one -AMD or Goodmark - to go with. I have used Goodmark in the past with no issues but I have been told that AMD might be a better choice. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

I would, without a doubt go with AMD, I've used Goodmark in the past when nothing else was avaliable, the AMD is far superior in fit/finish, thicker gauge steel, etc,....as for the Chally AMD rears, I don't know if they are out yet,.....The Goodmark Chally panels have issuses with rear valance fit/alignment, gas cap opening is to small, wheel archs can vary skin to skin, panel distotion,.....currently I've only worked with the B Body Plymouth and Dodge AMD full qtrs, and they are as close to original as you can get, I have nothing bad to say about them,....other than I wish they were out a long time ago!....but better late than never

I agree with Mike, AMD hands down is the closest thing to OEM panels,use Goodmark if AMD does not have the part you need

Being at Carlisle last year and having the chance to compare... AMD HANDS DOWN.

Goodmark aren't really bad but AMD are noticeable better. They look Factory OEM in fact

AMD. Much better fit and finish. No questions about it. If you can't get NOS then go AMD

Can someone specifically compare or have compared the two makers of the e-body Cuda full rear quarters?

I can get a real good deal for Goodmark's and was wondering if AMD is worth the extra coin.

We've used both and get discounts from both vendors, (PM me for a quote).

AMD consistantly has better fit and finish but neither are a perfect fit due to variences in the original tooling and manufacturing 40 years ago.

Factor in some sagging from rust or a fender bender in '79 and whether or not the more expensive part is worth more to you is hard to say because neither will fit 100%.

We use which ever the customer wants and both vendors are about the same as far as getting parts to us.

If you are doing it yourself go with AMD, it will likely be easier for you. If a shop is doing it for you, they should charge the same from either vendor so, go with the cheaper ones.
