I am going to build some headers for my 64 D100. My question is how can I get the 2in tubing to fit somewhat tightly into the header flange? (at the head). I am using DOUGS flanges and the have a large rectangular opening as most BB headers do. Is it just a matter of hammer and weld? or is there some shaping tool Im not aware of. thanks for any ideas ahead of time. Tony
