Been searching the net for a video that shows different springs and rocker arms in action.

Anyone have a link?

I appreciate that video John. The one I was looking for had 6-7 different videos on their website.

IIRC they're a valve spring manufacturer. I had done a request a year ago or so here. I couldn't find it with the search feature.

I guess I need to search differently.

That's the videos I have been looking for.

Interesting watching the way the spring tops wobble. The specific video I was looking for is gone. Still some great stuff!

That is amazing how the valve even moves side to side, and the retainer accually lifts on the spring, and rotates in an uneven manner.

Id love to see a Fueler Hemi, or a NASCAR valve in race conditions. With the modern cameras now days I can see that happening.

The question I have is if the valve stems are bending, oe is the heads of the valves rocking on the seats?

The video that isn't there anymore showed the stems wiggling like they were rubber, and the roller tips compensating for the movement.

I just watched the dual spring video. What's causing the springs to rotate so fast?

Whats up with the spring rotation

Springs do that. I took Brakleen and wiped off my retainers on my slant. Took a Magic marker for EZ ID. They ended up moving.

Lots of 360 truck motors have spring retainers that have built it "rotators" on the exhaust. I guess it helps with longevity. Olds used to have them on their HP motors.
