what kind of systems you guys use? im kind of thinking towards a small plate system, nothing exotic. around 150 to 200hp shot. something for a 340 with w2s. any ideas or tips appreciated.

I use Nitrous Express systems , great jet spread out the box , also rear wheel HP , the perimeter plates are the best IMO , these plates use fuel pressures between 8-10 psi.

FWIW , always use solinoids supplied with the kits , never mix & match unless you know what both sets flow.

Contact Monte Smith here on the board. He is the MAN when it comes to nitrous kits. He will get you set up with exactly what you need.

I use an NOS plate system from him, and am loving it!

If your getting a new matched kit, you should not have problems. If you are buying used parts, then buyer beware.... Also, the aluminum tanks are supposed to be pressure tested every five years.
The place re-filling the tanks are not supposed to fill an out of date tank. I don't know how much it costs to have the tank pressure tested. I used to pressure test gas cylinders as a summer job when in collage, but that was over 20 years ago...

Plate kits are as simple as they get, even on a six pack. I run a super small plate kit on the six pack and if that wont do it you can always hitem hard with the hidden kit, either is easy to use and understand. Although ive only used both kits together 3 times.
