Even worse, I did mine about 1 1/2 years ago and the UCA bushings now look worse than the ones I removed. Interesting that you brought this up because I was just looking at mine last night. Mine are not on the car either but stored inside a climate controlled garage.

Thanks for the correction Jim.India,China Thailand etc are all the same poor product. It's all about profits now ,so buyer beware.Dana does seems to have a higher quality and priced line that still has good rubber parts in it.
Leave the gun.......take the Cannoli's....Mike

What brand name are the Dana parts made under?

Every brand Mopar Lower control arm I've seen has "Harris" molded into the side of it. My guess is there is only one manufacturer for this particular part. I've had my Moog 7103 offset upper control arm bushings on my Barracuda since 1993. Car aligned fine. Bushings didn't look chunked up to me. Car has been outside in Iowa four winters then outside in So Cal up until 3 years ago.

Wow, thanks for the info. I used Moog on my car and so far so good but that was only last year. I haven't checked them lately but when they wear out I guess I'll have to go poly too.

Jim, Mine aren't even in and look like crappo. I think I might just pull them and put Poly in also. As far as I know, the poly issue was twofold. First, on the LCAs you leave the metal sleeve in with the poly bushings, you replace it with the rubber bushings. Replacing it sucks but they do make a tool now that makes it much easier. Second is that some folks say the poly makes the front squeaky. That is all I have heard. I bought Moog because they were suppose to be the best. Now they are on the "you P!ssed me off" list.

Dana bushings, meaning Spicer?
That's gotta be it?
In the last few years I have been getting Moog parts that looked like they were sitting on a shelf for a long time - instructions turning yellow, boxes looked beat up. Maybe they shifted production off shore after they cleaned out the warehouse? I'm going to be pulling the front end apart for some mods on my 66 Coronet. I put Moog in everything, I think I better take a close look at them.

Moog's the first that comes to mind when replacing front end parts, but aparently not anymore when it comes to bushings. I have energy suspension bushings and also noticed a better ride. The trick is to make the suspension do the work and not body flex absorb the bumps. That's what causes the bad ride. I guess could be tires contributing also. The poly bushing squeaked on mine and now, I either spray pb blaster or wd 40 on it once in a while to free things up.Now that I think of it, it's been 6 whole months since I needed to. When putting control arms on, I tightened them to where the arm would very slowly drop under its own weight with the teflon grease. I wanted the front end to rise freely at the track plus to allow suspension, again, to work.
