I have a demon carb I got in a trade a while back and have no use for it but I can't sell it unless I know what it is but there are no number that I see anywhere except 169 on all four throttle plates and it has a vacume secondary pod and electric choke with a single inlet and a crossover tube to fill the other bowl. The secondary venturies look like they are gonna flow less than the primaries never seen that before

How do I tell what the heck this is?

Its a joke. I went through this, you have to figure it out by the parts and design of the carb, there is a page I believe on the demon website. Do a search, I've posted this before, somewhere around june?

It is a complete joke!

Best as I can tell it is a 750 speed demon.

How do they compare to holleys as far as CFM? I hear they are rated wet flow and holleys are rated dry would this be more or less carb than a say 3310 holley?

There is a ton of info on the BG site. You say it's a single fuel inlet carb, the only carbs that match that are Road Demon Jrs. Would that help narrow down the search?

It says on there site that it is a speed demon if it has the red adjustable cap on the vacume secondaries, this one does. Aparently this is a little older of a model even though it looks brand new because it has straight leg secondarie boosters and down leg primaries even though the only ones they have listed have anulars and down legs but no straight legs It has the 7 on the casting for the main body size

This is a very rediculous way of gettin part numbers

Red cap could be added on. No speed demon to my knowledge comes with one inlet and a rod feeding the bowl. Only the road demon JR.

To id the carb there should be numbers stamped on the choke horn.

As several have stated already the only single line carburetors we do are the Road Demon Jr's. If it has a red cap somebody has changed the top so they could change the springs out for tuning. 1.69 on all the butterlfies means it is a 725 Road Demon Jr. You should be able to look on top of the main body beside the secondary vent tube and it will have a 7 there and a small dimple.
