Going to freshen up the 360 this winter and want to change some things a bit.

Current combo:
360
30 over speed pro pistons (10:1 flat tops)
scat H beam rods
eldebrock alum heads (63cc chamber)
Victor 340 intake
Mopar performance .533 cam (rated 3800-6800 rpm)
750 holley dp

The car currently runs 12.0s-12.1s on most days with a 1.69 60ft.

The plan is just to freshen up the motor and change the cam and possibly the intake. I'm looking to get a cam and intake that has a little more bottom end, but ideally I'd like the car to run 11.70s with good mph. The motor gets shifted at 6200 and goes thru the traps right around 6400. Any recommendations are greatly apprciated. Thanks.

Get some better headers, and less duration on the cam

I would only change the cam. I would recommend a solid lifter or roller in the 245-250@050 range and I think that would get you mid 11's. If you want more power than that, head porting would be where it's at. Those would be your best bang for buck. Anything else I think you'll be wasting your money.
