Could somebody please break down the weight differences in these areas for an a body?

Stock hood(55lbs.) vs. fiberglass?
stock bumpers vs. fiberglass?
Bench seat(frickin heavy) vs. racing buckets?
Power steering vs. manual.

Also going to a low deck and 4 speed.
low deck vs. smallblock weight?
4spd vs 727 weight?
Thanks

I think my fiberglass hood weighs 15lbs but its AAR so its on the heavier end of fiberglass. You will save alot in my opinion in the bumpers and bumper brackets, probably 30+lbs there. Ive heard theres some savings in the power to manual, but I dont know how much for sure. Im not sure how much my lowdeck and 727 together weigh, but its alot. I can pick up my 318 shortblock by myself, no chance with my lowdeck doing that.

Thanks for the replies guys. Im going from an aluminum headed smallblock to an aluminum headed big block with 4 speed. I am basically trying to make my car weight the same with the new combo. Im figuring around 100lbs. Looks like it should be pretty easy.
