I have a guy with a 71 Cuda that wants to do 18"s.. Possibly 17"s in front... Or not... Hoping someone knows what is a good size... It's a Dana car if that matters..

I would do what the guy wants. Nothing wrong with 17's or 18's on a Cuda. You just need to get the stance and backspace correct.

Its going to be tough to get a consensus of wheel size in this forum. You will get more guys trying to tell you not to put big wheels on your car than help.

I agree with all of what you say... I've even seen a couple that looked decent... But I've seen more that looked terrible... Which is why I'm asking, hoping someone who's done it & has so useful input may post... Cause in the end it's his car & he can do as he pleases.. I'd just like to get him some useful input..

And just to push those who button a little harder this is a real V code car that he's owned since the early 70's...

Delaney puts big wheels on his E-bodies, and they look good. let me see if I can dig some pictures up.

I don't know the specs though as far as width, backspacing, etc. I just know they look good.
