Is there a cheaper yet legal alternative to rollbar padding than the foam type stuff available at Jeg's or Summit?

IMO, NO


Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

If the car is sub 10.0 the pad needs to be SFI approved
but Summit and Jegs is about the cheapest..... IMO
