I seem to remember someone saying that if you switch to a 50cc pump from a 30cc that you would want to use a smaller squirter than you used with the 30cc pump, is that correct? If so, using an 850 DP as an example, if you were chaging out the rear pump with a 50cc where might you want to start on squirter size? Thanks for any input.

I don't like 50 CC pumps I wouldn't change the suirters until you run it at the track to see some 60 ft times. I like to run the smallest squirters I can (with no bog)to keep the motor crisp from starting line to the finish line

well assuming you need the 50ccs cuz you don't have enough pump shot, no you want a bigger squirter. I've certainly never changed to a 50 and DECREASED the squirter size, that's lunacy.

I typically use anywhere from 35 up into the 40's. I guess some monster dominators might need bigger.

50cc pumps makes tunning so much easier imo. on a smaller carb 750-850 28-31 squirters should be in the ball park.
